What was the highlight of Knight Giza pyramids Inn
Nice Location, Friendly Staff, value for money.
I loved the location which was very close to the ticket office. Loved the staff and their eagerness to help. Rooms were decent and clean. Nice view of the Pyramid form the rooftop space as mentioned.
Did not give me the upgrade that I booked for, the room was actually smaller. Then the pipe of the bathroom sink came off which flooded the bathroom floor. They did replace me with the original room that I booked for, but i still payed for the upgrade which i did not get. Charged me in the local current which was not mentioned in the booking. Charged me with a conversion rate higher than the market rate, also not mentioned in the booking. Charge me extra 5% for paying with me debit card, which was also not mentioned in the booking. I deserve a refund.

Good value hotel in area of great character.
Large stylish room. Good shower. Large terrace for eating breakfast, sitting out. Helpful and friendly staff. On the first night a staff member actually ordered transport for us and accompanied us to the sister hotel which served dinner and waited with us to ensure we got back safely and didn't overpay for transport. He could see we were unsure about the environment we found ourselves in although the hotel itself was fine. Very good value for money.
I was very disappointed with the area that the hotel was in. The area was run down and the stables for the horses and camels were at the end of the street. The whole area was very dirty with rubbish everywhere though it was swept up each morning in our little street and water was sprayed to help keep down the dust. I had booked it because it was near the pyramids and that is what I got, but that's what that area is like! It was an education! I had envisaged a larger hotel with a downstairs terrace and perhaps a small garden overlooking the pyramids. We could see a pyramid from the terrace on our floor but I also thought we would have our own terrace attached to the room. I also thought that the hotel had it's own restaurant and kitchen but food had to be brought in from their sister site. There was confusion about the name of the hotel too as it had changed its name and had been refurbished, work was still in progress but this didn't affect us and it's looking good inside.

The hotel is near pyramids and staff were fine cool and kareen and yosuf where so helpful . I highly recommend to ask for kareem when you stay at the hotel so helpful.
