Nice Location, Friendly Staff, value for money.
I loved the location which was very close to the ticket office. Loved the staff and their eagerness to help. Rooms were decent and clean. Nice view of the Pyramid form the rooftop space as mentioned.
Did not give me the upgrade that I booked for, the room was actually smaller. Then the pipe of the bathroom sink came off which flooded the bathroom floor. They did replace me with the original room that I booked for, but i still payed for the upgrade which i did not get. Charged me in the local current which was not mentioned in the booking. Charged me with a conversion rate higher than the market rate, also not mentioned in the booking. Charge me extra 5% for paying with me debit card, which was also not mentioned in the booking. I deserve a refund.

The hotel was closed when we arrived. Dont prefer this hotel they are not professional.
We made the reservation about 1 month before our trip. The hotel confirmed the accommodation. We marked on the application that we would check in at 3 AM. We also added the time as a message to the hotel on the application. Afterwards, we received confirmation by sending a message. They replied that you can check in at 3 am. Then we called on the last day before leaving, and they said okay, you can come on the phone. The hotel was closed when we went at night. There wasn't even the address of the hotel on Google Maps. We were able to find it because other hotels in the area gave us the address. When we went, I also saw tourists like us who made a reservation for this Knight Giza Hotel through Booking.com and stayed on the street. We all tried to find a new hotel at 3 am and were very disappointed. When we asked the hotel the next day, they said there was no available room in the hotel, so they locked the reception. How can our room be full on the last day at a place we booked months ago? Since we booked at the last minute and entered another new hotel, we had a hard time financially and paid much more than normal. It was the worst booking experience of my life.
