What was the highlight of Knight Giza pyramids Inn
Nice Location, Friendly Staff, value for money.
I loved the location which was very close to the ticket office. Loved the staff and their eagerness to help. Rooms were decent and clean. Nice view of the Pyramid form the rooftop space as mentioned.
Did not give me the upgrade that I booked for, the room was actually smaller. Then the pipe of the bathroom sink came off which flooded the bathroom floor. They did replace me with the original room that I booked for, but i still payed for the upgrade which i did not get. Charged me in the local current which was not mentioned in the booking. Charged me with a conversion rate higher than the market rate, also not mentioned in the booking. Charge me extra 5% for paying with me debit card, which was also not mentioned in the booking. I deserve a refund.

Exceptionnel
Je ne peux pas demander un endroit plus épique. Je n’ai jamais rencontré un hôtelier aussi investi dans mon séjour. Kareem m'a amené dans un excellent restaurant de cuisine locale et a essentiellement géré toute mon expérience à Gizeh/Le Caire.

Pleasant
Location was great!! Value for money.
The bath towels were the size of hand towels. The door knob broke. The breakfast was not given on Day 2 and on the first day the breakfast was a packet of croissant and juice. Not what was promised!!!
